Board Information

AIDS Network by-laws provide that the number of directors is between three and thirteen. 

 

AIDS Network's board of director applications are accepted through out the year.  Terms are three years in length beginning at the annual meeting in the third quarter of the calendar year.

 

Presently, over 15% of the board seats are held by a Latino(a) or Hispanic.  Over 40% of the seats are held by individuals diagnosed HIV+.
